Join a Regional Council

The Regional Councils for Alaska gather friends of Alaska together for educational and social events that bring them closer to Alaska and its magnificent wilderness and wildlife.

Members of the each council receive:

  • An invitation to two annual events featuring prominent Alaska conservationists, authors, artists, scientists, politicians, or other speakers dedicated to protecting Alaska’s wild lands and creatures.
  • A monthly “insider” bulletin filled with current information on Alaska’s environmental issues, and
  • Invitations to exclusive Alaska travel opportunities arranged by ACF.

The councils allow ACF supporters with a passion for Alaska to join together, learn about current conservation issues facing the Great Land, and help support the work of ACF. Members of the councils are asked to:

    • Act as regional ambassadors for the Alaska Conservation Foundation and Alaska,
    • Serve on host committees for regional events, and
    • Make an annual financial commitment of at least $2,500 (per individual or per couple).
