Grant Reporting

All successful grant recipients are required to submit an evaluation at the end of the grant term.  This final report assists ACF not only in learning about the grant’s outcomes, but also in helping ACF raise funds by sharing your stories with our funders. As such, we appreciate the timely, concise, and candid evaluation of your ACF grant. 

For an Operating Support Grant report, your current proposal will be considered your final report.  Please see the guidelines for Operating Support grant submission.

For Opportunity Grants, please complete the Opportunity Grant Report.

For Rapid Response Grants, please complete the Rapid Response Fund Report.

For Watchable Wildlife Grants, please complete the Watchable Wildlife Grant Report.

ACF requires that all grant reports are submitted via email in MS Word format to grants@alaskaconservation.org.  In the subject line, please include “Final Report” and the type of grant being reported on (for example, Final Report – Opportunity Grant).
